We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of USD $25 per order within the United States, and USD $30 per order for international shipments. Good news! We’ll waive the shipping fee on orders over USD $150, no matter where you are in the world.
You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the activation of your tracking number.
You will receive tracking details within your email when the item is dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email hello@yolosnowclub.com.
Delivery time depending upon location is usually within 5-10 business days. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. We will always endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Delivery is within business hours and if the address is unattended, a card will be left, and the item will be at your local post office for collection.
We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or if you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, Yolo Snow Club is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of USD $25 and a 35% administration fee.
