At Yolo Snow Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. We now offer returns and exchanges to give you more flexibility and peace of mind. Please take a moment to review our Exchange & Return page carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@yolosnowclub.com within 3 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period. If customer insists to change or cancel before shipping, you will be charged a 10% administration fee.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. And we do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, or you receive a faulty item, please accept the delivery and contact us ASAP, send pictures of the issue along with the order number to hello@yolosnowclub.com within 3 days, so we can urgently review the matter and find a great solution for you! We try our best to guarantee product quality!

Please DO NOT REFUSE your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, unless you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges and any other restock fees.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?

Our prices include custom duties and foreign taxes, you will only pay for local sales tax, if applicable, at checkout.

About Pre-Order item

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at hello@yolosnowclub.com.
