At Yolo Snow Club, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We now offer returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience more flexible and convenient. However, we ask that you kindly review the following guidelines:
General Exchange & Return Guidelines
Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and promotional items included. Products purchased at a discounted rate (over 40% off) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, base layers or intimate items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Return Process
Refund: If you’d like to return an item, please send it back within 7 days of receiving return approval. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
Exchange Process
Exchange Options: You can exchange an item for the same style in a different size or color. If you prefer a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Exchange Shipping: We do not offer free return labels, but we’re happy to assist you in securing one. We will ship your requested exchange once we receive the returned item. There’s no restocking fee for exchanges, but please note that each item can only be exchanged once.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. We encourage you to contact us early to ensure we can fulfill your request.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will cover the return shipping fees and promptly correct the issue.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Please note if your order is refused or marked as undeliverable, it will not be returned to us because the sender’s address differs from our return address. This may result in additional fees. Please email us at hello@yolosnowclub.com within 7 days, we are happy to assist you.
Final Sale
Items purchased during special promotions, marked over 40% off, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
